Oral Presentation Guidelines for IEMDC 2022
There will be five parallel oral sessions in the morning and afternoon from 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM and 3.30 to 6.00 PM respectively everyday from Monday May 16, 2026 to Wednesday May 18, 2026. The presenters are requested to follow the guidelines below:
1) Oral presentation is stricly limitted to 25 minutes including qustions and answers.
2) Presenters are requested to join authors' breakfast in the morning each day with their respective Session Chairs.
3) Presenters should provide a short biography to Session Chair before the session starts at the authors' breakfast sessions.
4) Authors are strongly requested to use PowerPoint presentation.
5) Presenters must make the presentation slides available in the computer designated before the session starts.
6) If a presenter is absent for the specified time-slot, it will remain vacant. Time-slots are not swappable.

Poster Presentation Guidelines for IEMDC 2022

Please refer to the Poster Board layout shown above to prepare your poster presentation. The poster board area for each presentation is 8 feet (2.44 meters) width by 4 feet (1.22 meters) height. The paper number provided by EDAS should be added clearly at the corner of poster. Poster boards will be arranged in the room Hennpin South.
Poster Preparation
Simply presenting the pages of the written version of the proceedings paper is not an effective poster paper presentation. It is important that all the texts, graphs and tables shown are clear and legible from a distance of 1 to 2 meters so that the view is not blocked by the readers standing close to the poster.Prefer using colors, larger fonts, block letter rather than dense paragraphs. Carefully arrange the material to reflect the motivation behind the work, the methods used and the results achieved by these mehods. Please note that conference hotel does NOT have any printing facility for the posters, authors must bear the responsibility for printing their posters.
The designated poster presentation time is from 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM everyday from Monday May 16, 2026 to Wednesday May 18, 2026. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled poster session to make preparation. Introduce yourself to the Session Chair(s).
