The registration fee includes Certificate of Attendance, program material, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, breakfasts, lunches, and nutrition breaks. The banquet is also included in IEEE member and non member categories but the banquet is not included in Student and Life registration fees and must be purchased separately if required.
Payment (Canadian Funds only)
Payment is due with registration. Fees may be paid by secure on-line credit card processing, check or bank transfer. Fees paid by certified check or bank transfer are due within two weeks following registration. If we do not receive payment within two weeks following registration we will cancel your registr ation.Registration Receipt

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A $50 fee will be charged for all cancellations. All requests for refunds must be received in writing by April 12, 2026. No refunds will be made after this date.
